Jordan Frakes

Jordan Frakes has a diverse work experience in the legal field. In 2008, they started as a Legal Intern at the Center for Justice, where they worked until December 2009. Then, from August 2009 to May 2010, they served as a Rule 9 Legal Intern at the Federal Indian Law Clinic for Gonzaga University. In 2011, they became an Associate Attorney at the McDivitt Law Firm, a role they held until July 2013. From July 2013 to January 2015, Jordan worked as an Associate Attorney at Thomas Pollart & Miller. Subsequently, they joined The Frickey Law Firm in January 2015 as an Attorney and continued in that role until September 2020. Currently, Jordan Frakes is employed as Staff Counsel at Pinnacol Assurance, starting in September 2020.

Jordan Frakes has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Law and Constitutional Studies from Utah State University, which they obtained between 2003 and 2007. Following this, they attended Gonzaga University School of Law from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a focus on Environmental Law.
