Julie Wilmes

Julie Wilmes is an experienced professional in workforce development, coaching, and education. Currently serving as the Apprenticeship Program Manager at Pinnacol Assurance since December 2022, Julie previously held the role of Apprenticeship Program Lead at the same company, where strategic program design and talent development were key focuses. As a Life and Leadership Coach with New Ventures West Integral Coach since November 2020, Julie specializes in goal-setting and skill-building for clients. Prior experience includes instructional design at AT&T and teaching in Cherry Creek School District, where Julie contributed to curriculum development and student engagement initiatives. Julie holds a Master’s in Educational Psychology and is pursuing an MBA at the University of Colorado Denver.
