Miguel Rodriguez

Miguel Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Miguel joined Pinnacol Assurance in 2021 as the Salesforce Release Management Lead. Prior to that, Miguel worked at The Coca-Cola Company from 2013 to 2020. During their time at Coca-Cola, they served as a Global IT - Salesforce DevOps Engineer, where they were responsible for the setup and execution of the CI/CD Pipeline for applications hosted in the Salesforce platform. Miguel implemented solutions adhering to Salesforce platform best practices, managed application/code releases, created and maintained code base with functional teams, and resolved build problems and merge conflicts. Miguel also worked as a Cloud Support Specialist and Contractor as part of the Global IT team at Coca-Cola. Before joining Coca-Cola, Miguel worked at Whole Foods Market from 2006 to 2011 as a Customer Service Team Member, where they focused on delivering outstanding customer service.

Miguel Rodriguez earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications including the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in February 2021, and the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification from Salesforce in November 2019.
