Monica Donaldson has extensive work experience in the software industry. Monica started their career at Pinnacol Assurance in 2010, where they held various roles such as Quality Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Manager, and Software Development Manager. Monica'sresponsibilities included ensuring compliance with quality processes, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and providing leadership and mentorship to their team. In 2016, Monica joined Pilot Catastrophe Service as an Agile Project Manager, where they managed projects from inception to release, adapted to changing requirements, and maintained project management plans. Monica then returned to Pinnacol Assurance in 2017 as a Business Analyst and later served as a Product Owner and Software QA Manager. Throughout their career, Monica has demonstrated their ability to effectively communicate, analyze business processes, and lead teams towards successful software development and delivery.
Monica Donaldson obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global, where they attended from 2010 to 2013. Monica also holds additional certifications including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in January 2015, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in November 2014. In addition, Monica has an Executive Certificate in Business Analysis from Saint Louis University – John Cook School of Business, obtained in 2011, and an Associate in General Insurance Services from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (AICPCU), obtained in 2010.
