Paola Ruiz-Portillo

Paola Ruiz-Portillo began their career at Gap in 2014, where they worked as a Sales Associate and later became a Merchandise Team Lead. In 2016, they joined the Aventura Marketing Council / Chamber of Commerce as an Executive Assistant. The following year, they worked at Franklin Street as a Leasing Consultant. In 2018, they joined Premier Group Insurance as a Customer Service Representative and later became a Commercial Lines Account Executive. Currently, they are employed at Pinnacol Assurance, where they started as an Associate Underwriter in May 2020 and then became an Underwriter in June 2021. Paola is presently serving as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist at Pinnacol Assurance, starting from August 2022.
