Joshua Rochelle

Joshua Rochelle is an experienced project manager currently working at Pinner Construction Co., Inc. since August 2022, managing projects for the Newport Mesa Unified School District. Prior experience includes over eight years at HENSEL PHELPS in various roles, including Area Superintendent and Project Engineer, with notable projects such as the Adelanto Detention Facility and LAX. Joshua served in the United States Marine Corps from 2008 to 2020, progressing from Combat Engineer Platoon Commander to Team Leader in Civil Affairs, with significant responsibilities in training and mentoring personnel in the field. Joshua also held positions in leasing and sales prior to military service and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Ohio Wesleyan University.
