Candace Rowe has a diverse range of work experience. Candace currently works as an Art Instructor at Pinot's Palette, starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they served as an Author/Illustrator at Lawley Publishing starting in September 2021.
Candace has also been actively involved with the Alameda Art Association, where they have held multiple roles. Candace started in March 2016 as an Exhibiting Artist, showcasing their watercolor artworks. In addition, they served as the Artist Spotlight Editor at the Alameda Architectural Preservation Society from June 2017 to March 2022. Furthermore, they worked as a Gallery Host at the Alameda Art Association Gallery from March 2014 to March 2022.
Before their recent positions, Candace owned and operated their own business called Piebird Designs, where they worked as an Artist/Owner specializing in creating custom hand-painted wedding invitations and printables. Their tenure at Piebird Designs lasted from October 2011 to October 2022. Candace gained recognition for their work, as it was featured on platforms such as Green Wedding Shoes and Simply Eloped.
Candace's experience also extends to education. Candace worked as a Visual Art Teacher at Young Rembrandts from January 2019 to March 2022. Additionally, they taught Art Enrichment as an instructor at Bricks 4 Kidz from November 2015 to May 2017.
In terms of their freelance work, Candace worked as a Freelance Concept Artist for Cornerstone Audio Visual from 2009 to 2011. Candace also had a short stint as a Stylist at thredUP from April 2017 to April 2018.

Candace Rowe received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Design Illustration from Brigham Young University. Candace attended the university from 1984 to 1989.
