Cherisse Lockerd has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Cherisse began their career with Kforce as an Account Executive from September 2006 to April 2008. Cherisse then worked as an Account Manager at Protiro, Inc., a recruiting firm, from July 2008 to December 2009.

In 2010, Cherisse joined DaVita, a leading dialysis corporation, as a Clinical Recruiter, where they were responsible for finding exceptional talent for non-licensed clinical positions. Cherisse later transitioned to the role of Senior Clinical Recruiter, focusing on licensed positions within Southern California and Las Vegas. Cherisse also served as a Leadership Recruiter, helping find talent for leadership positions in the West Coast region. Cherisse'stenure at DaVita lasted from February 2010 to July 2014.

From February to November 2015, Cherisse worked as a Contract Regional Recruiter at St. Joseph Health. Shortly after, they joined Worldpay in November 2015 as a Senior Recruiter, where they played a part in processing over 40 billion transactions annually across 146 countries and 126 currencies. Cherisse'stime at Worldpay concluded in November 2018.

Currently, Cherisse is the Franchise Owner and GM of Pinot's Palette. In this role, they oversee the marketing, HR, and business operations of Tustin's "Paint n Sip" wine bar. Cherisse'sresponsibilities also include organizing wine and painting events, coordinating large corporate events, facilitating virtual team building events, and managing nationwide shipping services.

Cherisse Lockerd attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2001 to 2006 where they pursued a degree in Animal Science with a field of study in Pre-Veterinary medicine. Additionally, they chose to minor in Nutrition during their time at the university.
