Shonna Prickette

Shonna Prickette has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Shonna began their career at West Corporation in 2001 as a Program Manager, where they were responsible for managing and overseeing specific projects. In 2005, they transitioned to New York & Company where they served as a Store Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations.

In 2007, Shonna joined J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc. as a Sales Team Leader. In this role, they led and managed a team, working towards achieving sales targets. Shonna stayed with the company until 2014.

Shonna then joined Pinot's Palette in 2015 as an Artist Instructor, where they utilized their artistic skills to teach painting classes. Concurrently, they also joined Prospera Credit Union as an AVP || Business Systems. In this role, they provided support and expertise for internal and member-facing core systems, led strategic initiatives related to data and reporting, and worked on enhancing user experience and efficiency.

In 2018, Shonna took on the role of AVP || Deposit Operations at Prospera Credit Union, where they oversaw deposit and payment operations, managed a team and served as the highest escalation point for troubleshooting deposit and payment products.

From 2015 to 2018, Shonna also held the position of Director || Internal Operations at Prospera Credit Union, where they maintained lending and membership scorecards, facilitated sales communication, and designed a system for recording and reporting sales conversations.

Prior to their roles at Prospera Credit Union, Shonna worked as the Manager || Training and Development at an unspecified company from 2014 to 2015.
