Joakim Olausson began their work experience in 2000 as a Sales Manager at Denso Sales Sweden AB, where they remained until 2008. In 2008, they became the Managing Director at JPO Consulting AS for a year. In 2009, they took on the role of Sales Director at WEMA International for a brief period of three months. From 2009 onwards, they joined Wema System AS as the Vice President, a role that they still hold. In 2015, Olausson became the COO at Solid Vedlikehold AS until 2017 when they transitioned to Pinovo as the Head of Operations.
Joakim Olausson received their Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University during the period of 1995 to 1999. Joakim then pursued further education at Griffith University, where they obtained their MBA degree with a specialization in Finance, completing the program in 2000.
