Jorunn Øyna

Jorunn Øyna is a seasoned professional in strategic consulting and digital services, currently serving as Daglig leder at Skalar since June 2025. Previously, Jorunn held various leadership roles at Forte Digital from August 2021 to June 2025, overseeing the consulting department as Director Strategy and Consulting. At OBOS, Jorunn contributed significantly as Director of Digital Customer Services and was instrumental in the merger of the Digital Services and IT departments, also serving as Head of Digital Services and Digital Business Developer earlier in tenure. Prior experience includes Consulting Manager at Sopra Steria, where Jorunn led projects in change management and IT implementations, and roles at Stanley Security Solutions focused on internal advising and strategy. Jorunn's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Innovation and Technology Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management and extensive studies in international business and languages.
