Lynette Redward is an experienced professional who has worked in various roles within the HR and technology industry. Currently, Lynette serves as the Head of HCM Transformation at Pinpoint HRM, overseeing advisory and transformation services for clients. With a background in Oracle implementation and project management, Lynette has a strong track record of successfully implementing HR technology solutions for organizations. Prior to their current role, Lynette held positions at Australian Communications and Media Authority and ACP Magazines.
