Steven Barrington

Steven Barrington has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Steven started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at MIPS Computer Systems in 1989 and then moved on to Gain Technology where they held the same position from 1992 to 1994. Afterwards, they worked as a Software Development Manager at Sybase from 1994 to 1996. Steven then joined Yahoo! as a Senior Software Engineer from 1996 to 1997. Subsequently, they served as a Software Engineering Manager at Pictra for a year before transitioning to E-LOAN. At E-LOAN, they held various roles including Software Development Manager from 2000 to 2002, Director of Software Development from 2002 to 2004, and Chief Technology Officer from 2004 to 2009. Steven then became self-employed as an Independent Technology Consultant from 2009 to 2011. Since 2011, Steven has been working at Pinpointe On-Demand as the Chief Architect, leading a team of software engineers in developing and enhancing the company's Email Marketing Platform.

Steven Barrington began their education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1974 to 1978, where they did not receive a degree or specify a field of study. Steven then attended Washington State University from 1979 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Finally, they enrolled at Oregon State University from 1981 to 1983, focusing on Computer Science but did not receive a degree.
