Katy Rose has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Katy began their career as an intern at the Equine Medical Center in 2010, where they gained hands-on experience in various medical procedures for horses. In 2012, they volunteered at Rocky Mountain Riding Therapy, providing therapeutic riding sessions and assisting with barn operations. Katy then transitioned to a role at PINS in 2013, where they initially worked as a Customer Service Consultant before moving up to become the Director of Business Development in 2016. In this position, they focused on driving both business and product development, while also managing a product development team. Katy's most recent role at PINS was as the CEO, a position they held since 2018. Throughout their career, Katy has demonstrated adaptability and a passion for helping others.

Katy Rose pursued their education in a chronological manner. Katy first attended Pasadena City College from 2008 to 2009, where they focused on studying Biology/Biological Sciences. Afterward, they enrolled at the University of Colorado from 2010 to 2013 and successfully earned a Bachelor's degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. Following their undergraduate studies, Katy attended UC San Diego Extended Studies from 2017 to 2018, participating in a six-month bootcamp focused on Full Stack Development.
