Andres Escallon

Andres Escallon is a seasoned professional in leadership assessment and organizational consulting, currently serving as a Leadership Assessor at Lee Hecht Harrison and Pinsight since February 2019 and November 2016, respectively. Additionally, Andres holds the position of Principal at Consultorio Organizacional, demonstrating expertise in organizational dynamics since April 2016.
