Mark Waldron, a CPA, currently serves as the Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager at Pinstripes since February 2024. Prior to this role, Mark was a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst at Vivid Seats from October 2021 to January 2024. Mark has a background in SEC Reporting, Internal Controls, and Technical Accounting. Previously, Mark worked as a Senior Assurance Associate at RSM US LLP from November 2018 to September 2021, and as an Assurance Associate at the same company. Mark also gained experience as an Audit Intern at Mueller & Co., LLP from June 2015 to August 2017, focusing on Employee Benefit Plan Audit. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Accounting & Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, obtained from August 2014 to May 2018.
