Ross Kester

Ross Kester co-founded and currently serves as a Partner at Pintail, leading the firm's strategy, operations, transactions, and project execution. Ross previously worked as a Real Estate Broker at NAI Earle Furman, LLC and as a Broker-in-Charge at The Cliffs Communities. With experience in sales and account management at Pfizer and ScanSource, Ross brings a diverse skill set to their current role. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington and Lee University.
