Mr Arnold Kwan Poon Keong, a Malaysian, is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Pintaras Jaya Berhad. He is a member of the Audit Committee. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) UK. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, having worked with both local and international financial institutions in various capacities. He has experience in risk management, corporate finance, capital markets, wealth management services and private banking.
