Merliani Avita

Merliani Avita has been working in various roles since 2014. In 2014, they were a Laboratory Assistant at the Quality and Reliability Engineering Laboratory of Universitas Gadjah Mada, and a Student Internship at Total E&P Indonesia. In 2015, they completed an Internship in Operational Excellence Division at Alcon, a Novartis company. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Procter & Gamble as a Project Leader, Operation Line Leader, and Process Engineer. In 2020, they were a Business Development Project at Shopee. In 2021, they were an Operations Senior Associate at Circles.Life. Currently, they are the Head of Employer Success at Pintarnya.

Merliani Avita's education history consists of four educational institutions. From 1999 to 2005, they attended SD Rimba Putra. From 2005 to 2008, they attended SMP Negeri 4 Bogor. From 2008 to 2011, they attended SMA Negeri 3 Bogor. Finally, from 2011 to 2015, they attended Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) where they earned an S1 in Teknik Industri (Industrial Engineering).
