Alicia R. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for Marketing & Communications at Pinterest, Alicia drives global marketing strategies in collaboration with the CMCO and leadership team. As the Founder of Birth for All, Alicia provides doula services and birth education. Previously, a Special Projects Director at Tipping Point Community, Alicia led cross-functional projects to achieve strategic goals and served as a consultant for executive leadership. Alicia's earlier roles at Summer Search included positions from Development Associate to Interim Director of Development, where significant advancements in fundraising strategy and operations were made. Alicia holds a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
