Katharine Wang

Katharine Wang serves as the Chief of Staff at Pinterest, overseeing global operations, strategy, and team management within the communications team since August 2016. Prior to this role, Katharine held various positions at Google from 2008 to 2016, including Strategic Outreach and Events Manager in Public Policy and Government Relations, where responsibilities included designing programs for high-profile guests, and Senior Public Policy Analyst, leading strategic initiatives on contentious content issues. Katharine's career began as a Patent Assistant in the legal department at Google. Academic qualifications include a BA in Political Science and English from Stanford University, completed in 2008.
