Madhav Chandrasekher

Madhav Chandrasekher is a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Pinterest since September 2020, previously serving as an Applied Economist. Prior experience includes being a Data Science Fellow at Insight Data Science, a Senior Economist at Bates White Economic Consulting, and a Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of California, Davis. Madhav held the position of Assistant Professor of Economics at Arizona State University - W. P. Carey School of Business from 2008 to 2016. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Economics and a Master of Arts in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Washington.
