Monica Hernandez

Monica Hernandez is an accomplished Lead Art Director with extensive experience in design and creative direction, currently leading projects at Pinterest since July 2017, including significant brand campaigns and product launches. As a Senior Lead and Design Lead at Mighty Design, Monica focuses on transforming brands and enhancing client experiences. Prior experience includes serving as Design Director at Tomorrow Partners, where Monica guided projects from concept to execution, and as Art Director and Senior Designer at ColorLines Magazine, managing the design and production of a bi-monthly publication. Academically, Monica holds a BFA in Graphic Design with the highest distinction from California College of the Arts and a BA in Sociology and Ethnic Studies from The Evergreen State College.
