Shin Bakouris

Shin Bakouris is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, design, and operations. Currently serving in Enterprise GSO Sales at Pinterest since September 2024, Shin also operates Designs by Shin since December 2020. Previous roles include Operations Consultant and Transformation Senior Analyst at Accenture and various positions at Pinterest from July 2021 to April 2024, including Team Lead and Partner Manager for SMB ANZ. Shin has industrial design experience from ALSPEC, where responsibilities involved designing Windows, Doors, and Cladding systems, as well as providing project support. A brief stint as a Service Designer/Researcher with Sydney Metro involved a collaborative research project, and earlier experience includes a graphic design internship at Classic Sportswear. Shin holds an Honours degree in Industrial Design from Western Sydney University, a Service Design Elevate Course certification from Academy Xi, and participated in a Semester Exchange program at Luleå University of Technology.
