Pavel Charniauski

Pavel Charniauski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Pavel is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Pintu since July 2022. Prior to their current role, Pavel worked as the Regional Head of Technology at Flow Traders from September 2015 to July 2022. Before that, they worked at IG, where they held positions such as Backend Project Manager and System Architect from November 2014 to July 2015. Pavel also served as the Integration Team Lead at exp (capital) from February 2013 to July 2014. Pavel had earlier roles as a Lead Software Developer/Project Manager at FLLC Global Connect BelRus from September 2010 to February 2013 and as a Lead Software Developer at Nival Network from 2009 to 2010. Pavel started their career as a Software Developer at IBA Group from 2005 to 2008, where they worked on various projects including payment terminals, ATM software development, and embedded systems for the banking sector.

Pavel Charniauski holds an MBA degree in Finance from MBA SBMT Minsk, which they completed from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Computers Systems and Networks from the Belarussian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, studying from 2001 to 2008. Pavel also has additional certifications in various fields, including Front-End Web Development with React and certifications related to Google Cloud Infrastructure. Pavel is also certified as an Agile Team Facilitator by ICAgile and as a ScrumMaster by Scrum Alliance.
