Yohanes Halim

Yohanes Halim is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in full-stack development and team leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager for the Exchange at Pintu since May 2022, Yohanes has successfully led core trading teams, developed a Spot Exchange from scratch, and introduced innovative features such as Reward and Locked Earn. Prior experience includes a role as Lead Software Engineer at Tokopedia, where responsibilities encompassed managing engineering processes for the Promo Platform, ensuring stakeholder requirements were met, and continuous improvement of the promo engine. Previous positions include software engineering roles at Tokopedia and BINUS University, along with a teaching position in mathematics and sciences. Yohanes holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from BINUS University.
