Carlos Ortega

Carlos Ortega is currently serving as an HR Business Partner Specialist at Grupo Berel since July 2023, focusing on digitalization strategies and the implementation of a new human resources platform. Prior to this role, Carlos provided support for hiring operations in the North American region at Schneider Electric from March 2022 to July 2023. Carlos has a diverse background in education, having worked as an English teacher and a research methodology professor at various institutions, including TALISIS and Universidad del Valle de México. Carlos also engaged in fundraising practice at Renace A.B.P. and has served as a volunteer teacher. Carlos holds a degree in International Relations from Universidad de Monterrey and participated in an exchange program at Universidad Militar Nueva Granada. Additionally, Carlos completed technical studies in Digital Imaging at Preparatoria Politécnica Santa Catarina.
