Allen Gao

Allen Gao is a Software Engineer currently at Pinwheel since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Stripe, where Allen worked as a Full-Stack Engineer on Stripe Capital, and Citadel, contributing software solutions for the Fundamental Equities business. Allen's early career featured internships at Citadel Securities, Facebook, Yelp, and other companies, where impactful projects ranged from improving trading performance to enhancing messaging systems for millions of users. Allen co-founded Gamelynx, developing a platform for online party games, and began a professional journey with a Bachelor of Computer Science and a minor in Economics from the University of Waterloo.
