James Hlavaty

James Hlavaty currently serves as the Natural Turf Product Line Manager at Pioneer Athletics since March 2016. Additionally, James is the Owner of The Perfect Field Company LLC, which has been operational since January 2005, specializing in athletic field maintenance and field painting. Prior to these roles, James worked as an Assistant Groundskeeper at Paul Brown Stadium from January 2000 to March 2016, accumulating extensive experience in turf management and field care.
