Mitchell Locklear

Mitchell Locklear, CSCP, currently serves as the Controller at Pioneer Athletics since September 2019, where responsibilities include managing a finance team of five and optimizing financial functions. In addition, Mitchell is the Owner of Filia Cellars, established in 2014, which sources dry reds from a family winery in Lake County, California. Previous experience includes roles as Contractor Controller for Vexos, Beckett Air, and IEC Infrared Systems from January 2016 to April 2019, where automation of financial reporting and cash forecasting were key achievements. Prior positions also encompass Controller for the Barnes Group Inc. and various financial management roles at Lincoln Electric, where significant cost control and inventory reduction were accomplished. Mitchell holds a BSBA in Business Economics from Cleveland State University and has pursued graduate studies in Management Accounting at the University of Central Florida.
