Michelle Futrell

Michelle Futrell, MS, SPHR - SCP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Pioneer Cladding and Glazing Systems since July 2023, Michelle previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Sysco from May 2022 to July 2023. Prior to that, a significant tenure at TSC Apparel as VP of HR lasted from December 2014 to April 2022, and earlier experience includes Director of HR at CLEAR MEASURES and HR Manager at dbaDIRECT. Michelle began their career as Education Coordinator at LUCRUM, Inc. from 1997 to 2000. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Business with a focus on Executive Leadership and Organizational Change from Northern Kentucky University, along with an Associates in Business and a BA in Business from Northern Kentucky University and Indiana University Southeast, respectively.
