Jonathan brings over 30 years of hardware and software development experience as a designer, program manager, CEO to both commercial entities and government agencies. Jonathan is known for building valuable partnerships for joint product innovation based on demand and mission-critical needs for government agencies. As an industry recognized expert, Jonathan brings excellent experience in providing oversight on the deployment of IT solutions within the U.S. Justice Department for U.S. attorneys as well as in multiple DOD venues.

His forte include expertise in technology transfer and the facilitation of emerging technologies. He is very adept at bridging communication between technical and non-technical groups, leveraging diversified background in government, commercial, and academic settings.
