Nicholas Stiller

Nicholas Stiller has extensive work experience in the collection and recovery industry. Nicholas started their career at Capital Management Services, LP in 2005 as the Director of Operations, where they managed recoveries for various clients and established partnerships with major financial institutions. After a successful tenure at Capital Management Services, they joined Pioneer Credit Recovery - A Navient Company in 2014 as a Senior Collections Manager. In this role, they oversaw a diverse portfolio of government collection contracts and managed client and vendor relationships. Nicholas was recently promoted to the position of Director of Operations, where they are responsible for overseeing collection and back office support operations, managing relationships with key clients, and assisting in new business development.

Nicholas Stiller received their Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Canisius University between 1997 and 2001.
