Athena Mabry is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in systems analysis and technical support. Currently serving as a System Analyst and Information Technology Operations Lead at Pioneer Federal Credit Union since May 2021, Athena provides efficient Help Desk support and guidance to team members. Previous roles include Field Service Technician at Pacific Office Automation, where Athena managed a territory of over 300 multifunctional printers and optimized customer satisfaction through technical setups and troubleshooting. Additionally, Athena has experience as an Independent Consultant, promoting health and wellness products, and as an IT Professional with Communities In Schools of Washington. Athena holds an Associate's degree in Computer Network Engineering from Pierce College at Puyallup, earned between 2014 and 2017.
