Rakesh Parida

Rakesh Parida is an IT System Analyst at Ohme, starting in July 2025, where responsibilities include providing support and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, as well as managing Microsoft 365 applications. Previously, Rakesh worked at Acosta Europe from March 2022 to June 2025 as a 2nd Line Support Engineer, handling Group Policy Management and ServiceNow Administration, while also serving as the first point of contact for European IT Support operations. Rakesh's earlier experience includes a role as a Sales Assistant at Asda from September 2018 to February 2022. Rakesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Middlesex University and a Diploma of Education in Information Technology from Richmond upon Thames College.
