Rachel Munroe

Rachel Munroe has extensive experience in the field of human services, currently serving as a Case Manager at Pioneer Human Services since January 2017, where responsibilities include engaging participants in Individual Service Plans, providing advocacy, and managing crises. Previously, Rachel held roles as a Direct Support Professional at RehabCo, Inc. and Access Living, Inc., focusing on supporting differently-abled adults and effective community networking. Rachel's career also includes an Administrative Supervisor position at LA FRONTERA CENTER, INC., showcasing strong interpersonal and administrative skills, as well as volunteer work at the Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation, where training and compliance management were key responsibilities. Rachel has earned an Associate of Arts degree and is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Addictions at Walden University.
