Tom Welsh

Tom Welsh is an experienced quality assurance professional with a diverse background in the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Currently, Tom serves as the Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Pioneer Human Services and also functions as a 3rd Party Auditor for DEKRA North America. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Supervisor at Panasonic Avionics Corporation, where Tom supervised a team of inspectors and ensured compliance with internal and FAA requirements, as well as various managerial positions at companies such as Dylan Aerospace, Compass Aerospace Northwest, Lukas Machine, Valley Machine Shop, and Jevco International Inc., where Tom implemented and maintained comprehensive quality systems to AS9100 standards. Tom's career began as a Quality Control Inspector at P & J Machining, Inc., and earlier as a general contractor and owner at TLW Framing & Construction. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Washington.
