David Brown has a diverse background in customer service and technical support roles. With experience in various industries such as airlines, telecommunications, and libraries, David has developed strong skills in assisting patrons with computer and technology-related issues. Currently pursuing a Master of Library & Information Science degree, David is dedicated to furthering their knowledge and expertise in the field.
