Shayla Frechette

Shayla Frechette is an accomplished professional with a strong background in business development and marketing. Currently serving as a Board Member for the North Loop Neighborhood Association and as the Director of Business Development for Pioneer Management Consulting since December 2022, Shayla focuses on delivering exceptional consulting services with a community-oriented approach. Previously, Shayla held significant roles at Indigo, including Director of Digital Commercial Partnerships and Senior Product Manager for Marketplace Offer Marketing, and amassed extensive experience at Cargill as Global Marketing Manager and in various management trainee positions. Early career experiences include roles at Magenic and Robert Half International. Shayla holds a degree in International Business and Business Communication Management from the University of St. Thomas and has furthered professional development through programs such as Millennial Leaders. Additional educational experiences include a study abroad at Universidad de Sevilla.
