Bryan Daniels has extensive experience in IT and support roles, currently serving as a Desktop Administrator at Pioneer Metal Finishing since April 2015, where responsibilities include repairing and configuring laptops and desktops across the United States and Mexico, along with assisting the Network and Service Desk team. Previously, Bryan was the Lead End User Support Technician at APAC Customer Services from February 2005 to April 2015, managing desktop and network support for multiple clients in an outsourcing environment and facilitating new client integrations. Prior experience includes a position as an AS/400 Operator and Help Desk Tech at TEKsystems, where Bryan was responsible for creating documentation for a newly established role. Bryan holds an Associate degree in Management Information Systems/Computer Information Systems and an Associate degree in Marketing from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
