Guillermo Ortega

Guillermo Ortega is an experienced quality and EHS manager at Pioneer Metal Finishing since May 2016, overseeing customer and internal quality metrics. Previously, Ortega served as the engineering and continuous improvement manager at the same company, focusing on feasibility analysis and process enhancements in the Rubber to Metal industry. Prior experiences include quality management roles at Fawn Plastics and Dana Holding Corporation, where Ortega addressed supplier quality issues and led the development of new products, as well as quality improvements in various manufacturing processes. Ortega began a career at Delphi Energy Division as a production supervisor, managing assembly lines. Ortega holds a degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Chihuahua.
