Susan Fornof is an experienced sales and customer service professional with a diverse background in the printing and advertising industries. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Associate at Pioneer Millworks since August 2019, Susan has previously held senior positions at Allen-Bailey Tag & Label and Flower City Printing, where responsibilities included managing print production projects and ensuring high-quality customer communication. Additional roles include Account Manager at Entercom Rochester, where advertising programs were sold to local businesses, and previous positions at Rochester Business Journal and American Radio Systems, where sales expertise was applied to various business categories. Susan holds a BS in Journalism/Communications from SUNY Brockport and an AS in Hospitality Management from Monroe Community College.
