Matt Eberhardt

Matt Eberhardt, P.E., is a seasoned professional in engineering with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector and water management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Pioneer Natural Resources Company since May 2023, Matt specializes in water reuse/recycling and cost management within the Pioneer Water Management division. Previous roles include significant positions at TRC Companies, Inc. and Atmos Energy, where responsibilities encompassed mechanical engineering for natural gas projects and managing the design of pipeline facilities, respectively. As the owner of Eberhardt Design Build, LLC, Matt achieved notable success in constructing a DOE certified Zero Energy Ready Home. Matt's earlier career includes roles at Halliburton and Schneider Electric, contributing expertise in equipment design and project engineering. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University.
