Bob Sheppard

Bob Sheppard has extensive experience in purchasing, materials, and logistics management, currently serving as the Manager of Purchasing, Materials, and Logistics at Pioneer Products Inc. since May 1983. Responsibilities include overseeing the Purchasing department, managing commodity buyers, optimizing transportation costs, reducing packaging and logistics expenses, enhancing customer service, and improving inventory management. Prior to this role, Bob served as Plant Superintendent, where duties involved scheduling CNC operations and managing a workforce of 100 employees while focusing on continuous improvement. Earlier in their career, Bob worked as a Machinist at AIDE Inc., specializing in precision mold plate machining. Bob holds an Associate degree in Business Management with a focus on Supervisory Management from Gateway Technical College.
