Ben Gilbert

Ben Gilbert is a co-founder and co-host of Acquired.FM, recognized as the #1 Technology show on Apple Podcasts and Spotify, since September 2015. As a Venture Partner and General Partner + Managing Director at Pioneer Square Labs, Gilbert focuses on co-founding and investing in technology startups in the Pacific Northwest. Gilbert co-founded Starfish Space in 2021, working on innovative satellite solutions, and serves on the board of directors for several organizations, including Far Homes and TrovaTrip. Previous roles include board positions at Iteratively and Glow, interim CEO of Taunt, and key positions at Madrona Venture Group and Microsoft, where significant contributions were made to product innovation and user experience. Gilbert holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering with a focus on Entrepreneurship from The Ohio State University.
