Jacob Hancock

Vice President, Strategic Integration at Pioneers

Jacob Hancock has a diverse work experience that spans over many years. Jacob is currently the Vice President of Strategic Integration at Pioneers. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Seeds Global Innovation Lab, including Executive Director, Senior Director of Performance and Execution, and Director of Operations. Jacob also founded their own consulting company, BlueGray Consulting, in 2020. In addition, Jacob has served as an Adjunct Professor at Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College since 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked at an International Non-Profit Organization in roles such as Director of Operations, Strategy Analyst, Candidate Coach, LAUNCH Team Leader, Director of Venture, and Field Member. Jacob also has experience as a Sr. Cultural Consultant at P Tours - South Asia, where they provided cultural support and experiences for clients.

Jacob Hancock completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Theology/Theological Studies from the Moody Bible Institute, which they attended from 2009 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Jacob has obtained several certifications, including Change Management Practitioner from Prosci in May 2019, Design Thinking from Karen Tilstra, PhD - Florida Hospital Innovation Lab in February 2019, and Factset Certified from FactSet in October 2018.
