Kathleen Sullivan Garman

Kathleen Sullivan Garman is an experienced professional in operations, logistics, and supply chain management, currently serving as an Operations and Logistics Advisor at Mountain Ocean Ltd since June 2024. As the Founder and CEO of SullyGarman & Associates since September 2018, Kathleen has focused on helping small and midsize companies enhance efficiency through expertise in e-commerce and operational processes. Additional roles include Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Toddler To Go, Operations Advisor at Beedlebug Socks, and a member of the advisory board at Octup, where innovative AI solutions are leveraged for e-commerce optimization. Kathleen also provides consultancy support for Pipe 17, assisting e-commerce merchants with operational challenges, and co-founded Forever Green Indoors, Inc. in 2012.
