Senior Product Marketing Manager at Pipedrive

Paroksha Gajbhiye has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. They started their career at Collabera as an Engineer in the Financial Services sector, working on Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing. They then moved on to an internship at Castrol.

After that, Paroksha joined Cinepolis Corporativo as a Product Marketing Manager. In this role, they served as the Head of Marketing for the India business and oversaw marketing and brand building initiatives across 300 screens in 30 cities. They successfully executed various marketing campaigns, including a popcorn growth campaign that resulted in a 40% increase in consumption and INR3 crore profits. They also launched the Cinépolis App, which garnered 300,000 downloads in three months. Paroksha also played a crucial role in improving customer experience through the commissioning of an online response management system.

From there, Paroksha moved to Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI) as a Business Development Manager, focusing on Europe, the UK, and South Africa. They successfully led several business development initiatives and also participated in LTI's Leadership Program.

Following their time at LTI, Paroksha joined Inox Leisure Limited as a General Manager of Products and Marketing. They played a key role in managing loyalty programs and digital product marketing. They also led the brand transition project of 15 acquired Fun Cinemas to Cinépolis, resulting in a 3% increase in market share.

Paroksha then held positions at Paytm as an Assistant General Manager, where they focused on product and growth. They contributed to the growth of ONDC and gift card business and later focused on the growth and product operations of the e-commerce business.

Most recently, Paroksha joined Klarna as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, and they are currently in the role. Prior to Klarna, they were a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Pipedrive.

Throughout their career, Paroksha has demonstrated strong skills in product marketing, brand building, campaign execution, and business development. They have a track record of driving growth and improving customer experience in various industries.

Paroksha Gajbhiye completed a PGDM degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, Paroksha obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Paroksha also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1994 to 2006. Additionally, Paroksha has obtained several certifications, including "Advanced Product Management: Vision, Strategy & Metrics" from Udemy in August 2021, "R Programming A-Z: R for Data Science" from Udemy in May 2020, "ACT Leadership Program" from Harvard Business Publishing in May 2016, and the "Governor's Award" from The Bharat Scouts and Guides in August 2005.
