Yam Rabello has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries and roles. Yam started their career as a Coordenador at Brotas Eco Resort from 2015 to 2017. Following that, they worked as a Coordinator of events at VR Studio, where they were responsible for organizing corporate and technological fairs. Yam also trained the team operating the virtual zipline project.
In 2017, Yam took on the role of Consultant Commercial at LC Media Digital, before moving on to Contact2Sale | C2S in 2018. At Contact2Sale | C2S, they served as a Commercial with responsibilities including client meetings, managing a training team, and maintaining relationships with inside sales and customer success teams.
In the same year, Yam joined Cervejaria Ambev as an Analyst of sales operations. Yam was responsible for tracking sales performance, developing strategies to improve monthly results, and leading a project overseeing 100 sales representatives throughout São Paulo.
From 2019 to 2020, Yam worked at Grupo Peraltas as an Analyst of strategic planning. Yam restructured their sales processes, implemented automations using CRM-Pipedrive, and analyzed quantitative data using spreadsheets.
Currently, Yam works at Pipedrive as a CRM Consultant, where they understand clients' sales processes and designs the appropriate sales flow and KPIs. Yam also configures the CRM tool, sets up funnels and sales-related activities, and creates written processes for automation.
Yam Rabello completed their Bachelor's degree in Administration and Business from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, which they began in 2015 and completed in 2019. In addition, they obtained several certifications, including becoming a Pipedrive Partner in January 2020, completing a course in Gastronomy Administration from the Escola Wilma Kovesi de Cozinha in November 2019, and completing a course in Children's Monitoring and Recreation from Grupo Peraltas in January 2016.
