PL Application/integrations Support Engineer at Pipefy

Allan Pavani's work experience starts with their role as a PL Customer Support Engineer at Pipefy, where they provide technical support, troubleshoots issues using internal tools and databases, and updates data via API. Allan joined Pipefy in June 2021 and is currently employed there.

Earlier, in January 2022, they acquired the certifications for Customer Service: Soft Skills Fundamentals and The Complete SQL Bootcamp 2022: Go from Zero to Hero from Udemy. In June 2021, Allan participated in the Minicurso de Dados e LGPD offered by Digital House Brasil. Prior to that, they obtained the PLDFT - Prevenção à Lavagem de Dinheiro e ao Financiamento do Terrorismo certification from FEBRABAN in January 2021. Additionally, they have a certification in Basic Process Management from Pipefy, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not mentioned.
